Introduction
Distinguished professor of Xinrui School, economist, the dean of Rushi Advanced Institute of Finance, the founding partner of Rushi Capital, former vice president of Minsheng Securities, dean of Minsheng Securities Institute, chief economist of many important institutions such as the Economic Observer, Minsheng Fortune, Taihu Jingu Institute, Sina Think Tank, etc., financial consultant to several local governmentsinstitutions such as the Zhongguancun Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (ZVCA)Guangdong Province Venture CapitalPrivate Equity Association (GDPEA). Guan Qingyou graduated from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with a Ph.D. in economicsis a postdoctoral fellow at Tsinghua University. He used to be the director of the EnergyClimate Change Project at the Center for China Studies of Tsinghua University (currently the Institute for Contemporary China Studies, Tsinghua University), director of the Macro Divisiondirector of the Research Division of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC).
Guan Qingyou concurrently serves as member of All-China Federation of IndustryCommerce Committee, senior researcher of the China Society of Economic Reform, PPP expert from the DevelopmentReform Commission of the Ministry of Finance, member of the PPP expert committee of the National Development and Reform Commission, academic member of the National DevelopmentReform Commission CitySmall Town Center, member of Industrial Economy Expert Advisory Committee of the Ministry of IndustryInformation Technology member of China New Supply Economics 50 Forum. He is a graduate student collaboration instructor of the Tsinghua School of EconomicsManagementthe Hanqing Advanced Institute of Renmin University of China,a collaboration instructor of the postdoctoral work station of China Oceanwide Group. On July 8, 2016, Mr. Guan attended the Economic Outlook Symposium hosted by General Secretary Xi Jinping. He first proposed systematically elaborated on the concepts of "Economic Thought of Li Keqiang""Pinormal" in China, which had a wide impact.
