The MAS course is composed of of the following modules.
10 course-blocks à 2-3 days (Monday-Wednesday, full-day):
6 course-blocks à 2-3 days (Thursday to Saturday, full-day)
6 course-blocks à 2-3 days (Thursday to Saturday, full-day)
Participants complete a practical project (in the form of an internship, start-up project, case study reseach, etc.) for a period of 4-6 months. For European students it is recommended to do the project work in China, for Chinese students in European work environments.
Students write their Master thesis within the last 3 months of the program. The thesis is written in groups of 2-3 students. The research theses are supervised by the program instructors.
In addition to these four modules, elective courses are provided. These include seminars on the latest developments in the business world and Chinese/German language classes.
The first semester is comprised of 51 ECTS and is based on weekly block courses of one to three days. All courses are taught at the UZH campus, either at the UZH city campus or the UZH Center for Continuing Education (Zentrum für Weiterbildung).
