According to the characteristics of the trust industry, Pu Jian advocated the operation philosophy of “borderless servicebarrier-free operation”established a business model of CITIC Trust being committed to providing comprehensive financial solutions integrating various financial functions, which leads the realization of the leapfrog development of CITIC Trust.

Pu Jian won the title of "Top 100 CITIC People" for the 20th anniversary of CITIC Group in 1999. He won the National Financial May 1st Labor Medal in 2009the 2014 Sun Yefang Financial Innovation Award.
