Introduction

Invited Expert,Scholar Vice Chairman of China International Council for the Promotion of Multinational Corporations, Chief Advisor of Fashu Foundation,Founding Author Executive editor-in-chief of PKU Business Review. Professor Zhiyi HE served as Assistant Dean of Guanghua School of Management,Director of Management Case Research Center President of the School Enterprise Group at Peking University, Vice-president of Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University,also served as Government Officer, Manager of State Owned Enterprises, Joint-Stock Enterprises,Private Corporations.

Professor Zhiyi He’s main research fields are: Strategic Management, Marketing, Corporate Culture Corporate Social Responsibility,has published several books, edited more than 20 case studies,over 20 academic thesis on domestic international academic journals. Professor He delivered case study courses write business case for the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission of the State Council, National Defense University,has provided consulting training for numbers of large enterprises. Over the decades,professor HE has focusing on the research of Chinese Enterprise Management Case Studies Chinese Management Ideology, especially from traditional Chinese culture extensively.Since 2010, professor HE started to focus his research on entrepreneurship innovation in China,explores the cultivation idea,logic, systemmethod for the innovative entrepreneur with Chinese connotation,carries out fruitful practice.

Professor HE has rich experience in international study,research, teaching international education corporations. He studied at IMD in Switzerland, Harvard Business SchoolGE Management School in U.S.,has been the visiting scholarvisiting professor at KELLOGG School of Business at Northwestern University in U.S., INSEAD Institute in France,the University of Hannover in Germany,has established cooperation with UNESCO, UNDP, UNEP, UNGC. As the chief delegate of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, he successfully led a comprehensive cooperation negotiation with the Duke University. While taking charge of Newhuadu Business School, he invited Professor Edmund Phelps from Columbia University, Nobel Laureate in Economics to be the dean of Newhuadu Business School for two terms,has successfully established cooperation with University of Zurich from Switzerland for a joint master program.
